June 10-11 (Sat-Sun) Nesika Folk Music Weekend

Come join us for a weekend of music at our great lodge and bring your instruments. Ted Kaye is leader of several monthly music circles in Portland. He has graciously volunteered to do a Folk song weekend at Nesika. It will include 2 "Sing a Longs", (all are welcome to join in singing), Singing around campfire, Musical Jam sessions, and day hikes in the Multnomah Basin. We invite those who play music to bring your instrument. We will be providing "Rise up singing" books for people to join in with song. This is a first of its kind at Nesika and has been requested in the past.
We will provide Saturday Lunch and Dinner and Breakfast on Sunday. Sunday Lunch will be leftovers. Lodge will be open Friday if you so desire to come up early. You will have to pay an extra night lodging. You will need to bring your own food for Friday night and Saturday AM or Pot Luck.
The upper Gate will be open at 8:30-9:00 AM Saturday AM. We will exit openings Saturday evening and Sunday around 1:00 PM. If you wish to hike up, let us know and we will arrange a hike leader.
