Paper Trail Blazer Phase Out

The board has decided to begin to phase out paper copies of the Trail Blazer. We are doing this to reduce the dead tree impact and save the club money on printing and mailing.
The process will proceed throughout the year as follows:

1) Starting with the July 2017 Issue we will send paper copies only to those members that have specifically requested paper copies. This will be an opt-in process, rather than the opt-out process we have been using for e-blazers. If we do not hear from you by June 30, 2017, the paper will stop comming, and you will get your blazer, electronically, off the TCO web site.

2) Members requesting paper will continue to get paper copies, at no charge, through the end of 2017. Starting in January 2018 There will be an additional charge of $25 for paper copies.

There are still some details to work about about the transistion but this is our working plan. We expect this to save us several thousand dollars this year.
