Wednesday Evening Summer Solstice Hike

This is our annual Triple Crown Solstice hike. Starting at Wallace Park we climb to Council Crest, over to Hoyt Arboretum, up to Pittock Mansion for a view and back to Wallace Park. It will take a little more than 3 hours. Mileage: 9 or so, Elevation: 1800

Please be sure you have the fitness to do this hike.
An easier hike is also offered.

Meet on NW Raleigh between 25th and 26th (on the sidewalk bordering Wallace Park). We leave at 6 PM sharp. Arrive early to find parking and sign in. Cost is $2 for non TCO members. Come prepared for all kinds of weather and have a headlamp or light source.
