2025 Trails Club September Social – Milo McIver State Park

Join us for our end-of-summer social at beautiful Milo McIver State Park! We’ll gather at the Alder Shelter for a relaxed afternoon with friends, food, and plenty of ways to enjoy the park.

 Date: Sunday, September 7, 2025
 Location: Alder Shelter, Milo McIver State Park (Estacada, OR)

 Food:
Our own Derek Atterbury will be at the grill serving up plenty of good food. Bring a side or dessert if you’d like to share.

 Group Photo:
We’ll take a club group photo during the afternoon to remember the day.

 Things to Do:

• Explore miles of trails right from the shelter
• Walk down to the Clackamas River
• Play a round at the park’s disc golf course
• Enjoy the shaded picnic area and beautiful scenery
• More activities may be added — stay tuned!

 Camping Option:
If you’d like to make a weekend of it, you can reserve a campsite and stay the night before.

 Parking:
$10 per vehicle without an Oregon State Parks pass.

Come enjoy great company, great food, and the beauty of Milo McIver in early September! If you’d like to help out, you’re welcome to come early to assist with setup or stay late afterward. And of course, feel free to make the most of the park and all its activities throughout the day.
