Central Virginia backpack: 160 miles

We will start at Mt Roger’s Rec Center and hike 160 miles north to Craig Road. This is an average of 13 miles per day. To qualify you must do an overnight with host. you must keep your pack weight less than 30 pounds for up to 4 days. Cost is plane fare to Central Virginia, $200 to $300 in shuttle driver fees.
