Deschutes River Backpack

It is time for a winter hike.  The Deschutes if not raining is very beautiful in the Fall and early winter.  Bring winter gear; four season tent or tarp over tent for added warmth, SOL blanket inside and outside of tent, Zpad for under air mattress to hold warmth, air mattress of choice, 20 degree bag.  If you wish to car pool, call Linda Conrad at 360-907-5096.  Remember that in the winter it takes twice as much fuel to heat water.
