Deschutes River One Night Backpack

Join us in a one night backpacking trip along the Deschutes River.

We will meet at the Deschutes River Recreation area and hike about
8 miles where we will meet up with another trails club event that is heading out from Macks Canyon on Friday night. We will camp one evening and head out Sunday morning returning on the same trail.

• Mileage – approximately 8 miles each day
• Average pace: 2.5 mph
• Group Size: 8ish
• As always: Leave no Trace and 10+ Essentials are required
• We’ll discuss directions and carpooling in Facebook Messenger (not on this page)
