Nesika Lodge Work Weekend

Join us the first weekend in September at Nesika Lodge for a work weekend.

We need help replenishing the wood supply, repairing the water system, electrical wiring, installing glass windows, building a work bench, hanging shelves, trail maintenance and cooking. If you have any of these skills, or want to learn them, come out for the weekend.

Or, come enjoy the scenery with good company and hike the nearby trails.

We meet at the main gate on Larch Mountain Road, at 5 PM Friday Night. AWD Vehicles can drive in to the lodge, others will carpool from inside the gate.

Volunteers stay free for the weekend, as well as meals.
Please RSVP so the Cook can have an accurate head count. If you cancel less than 3 days before the event, or are a no show, please consider a donation because food will have been purchased for your attendance.

What to bring:
sleeping bag/pillow (cots available) lodge slippers, ear plugs, tools for outdoor work, work gloves, eye and ear protection, weatherproof clothes, loopers, chainsaw etc.
