Hi, I’m seeking volunteers to help me the with planning and execution of this years Social Events.  Let’s make 2022 a year to connect safely outdoors!

There are 5 remaining events scheduled, they are already on the TCO calendar for you to check out.

At this time, I’m collecting names and contact information from TCO members who would like to be included in any way with these Social Events.  As a volunteer, you get to tell me where you’d like to help out and for how long.  But once you commit, I’m holding you to it!

Specifically, I’m seeking help for:

• Cape Horn Conservancy Day  4/9/22
• The Annual Banquet 5/15/22, specific roles include:
  • marketing skills (digital e-vite and social media promotions)
  • emcees
  • designers for the program/ acknowledgments
  • support contact for the musical entertainment day of the event
  • support contact for the caterer day of the event
  • designer for the raffle/ auction
  • decorations
  • manage raffle
  • historical slide show
  • clean up
  • set up
  • other?
• there are 2 hike and dines July and September (so we have some time to plan these)
• Annual Meeting on November 5th. (We’ll start planning in Aug-Sept for this).
