TCO Club Crossover Event for XC and snowshoeing!

Come and join us up on the mountain for some winter time activities!
Trails Club of Oregon will be hosting the Oregon Nordic Club and Cascade Prime Timers at
Tyee Lodge, which is located in Government Camp. Our intention is to fill the lodge with
like minded folk for a few days of XC skiing and/or snowshoeing. For this special crossover
event, we are offering TCO member rates to active members of ONC and CPT
Two different options:
Saturday, January 13, 2024 until Monday, January 15, 2024.
Saturday, February 17, 2024 until Monday, February 19, 2024.
Time: Lodge opens at 9:00am Saturday and closes at noon on Monday.
What to expect:
-Half the overnight space is reserved for TCO members.
-The other half of the overnight space is for ONC and CPT members.
-Dormitory spaces will be separated for women and men.
-Total occupancy is 30 individuals.
Costs:
-$18.00 a night for paid club members of TCO, ONC or CPT.
-Contact host if you have a guest you’d like to include, fee is $30 a night for guests.
-Meal Fees: $26.00. This covers Dinner for Sat & Sun and Breakfast Sun & Mon. All other
meals are on your own. Attempts will be made to accommodate special dietary needs.

-RSVPs close on January 8th at midnight. Those on the waitlist will be contacted on January 9th
to be offered available spots on a first come basis.
-RSVPs close on February 11th at midnight. Those on the waitlist will be contacted on February
12th to be offered available spots on a first come basis.
-Ski and snowshoe routes will be decided as we get closer to the event.
-Transportation: Attendees may take the Mt. Hood Express up to Summit Rest area or
coordinate carpooling among yourselves.
-A pre-trip Zoom meeting will be scheduled at least a week in advance by our host.
