Wednesday Evening Solstice Hike

Triple Crown Hike for the Solstice 6-9 PM, Class B

Starting at Wallace Park, we will summit Council Crest, go on to Hoyt Arboretum and then the Pittock Mansion before returning to the park for about 9 miles total with lots of up and down. Come only if you’re prepared for a strenuous walk. The faster we go, the sooner we’ll get to the food carts!

Meet at Wallace Park between NW 25th and 26th on Raleigh. We start at 6 PM sharp and hike until 9 PM-ish in Forest Park and the West Hills. Arrive before 6:00 to find parking, sign in and pay the $2 hike fee (if not a TCO member). Carry water, a light source and dress for variable weather.
