The IRS has officially recognized Trails Club of Oregon as a tax-exempt public charity under IRC Section 501(c)(3), effective March 2, 2026 (EIN: 93-6026721)
Donor contributions are fully tax-deductible, and is now eligible to receive tax-deductible bequests and gifts.
As a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), we are required to file an annual information return (Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-N) with the IRS each year.
